A critique on Mayor Tom Lea II, known to be a racist, classist, xenophobe and germophobe that implemented inspections, baths, and dehumanizing of the daily commuters from Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, to El Paso, Texas circa 1917 and his influence reflected on his sons work Tom Lea III who often depicted favoritism to Anglos by use of Mannerism in his art.
